We are seeking an experienced, professional and passionate person that thrives in a challenging, fast-paced service department in the position of Service Advisor.

As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to stand out by representing the company in a way that creates a very positive and uplifting client experience right from the start.

In this position, you will help our clients by becoming an expert in your knowledge of their Ford vehicles and by consulting with them on the best ways to maintain their vehicles.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, skillful, sincere, courteous & has excellent customer service skills!

Responsibilities include:

  • The ability to follow a detailed Service Drive Process * The ability to quickly learn the basic services / repairs pertaining to all Ford vehicles
  • The ability to follow up with all of your clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • The ability to work together with all other service advisors, managers and department heads to create maximum synergy, coordination, and cooperation

You are the one we are looking for if you possess the following skills:

  • An understanding of the key role the Customer Service plays in the success of the company
  • The ability to be the critical link of the company, to represent it at the highest level of professionalism, integrity and service in order to maximize each opportunity
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills, phone skills, communications skills, (both verbal and written) and proven “benefit” selling skills
  • A highly professional approach and appearance
  • A passion for providing Excellent Customer Service
  • A demonstrated ability to confidently and skillfully use a computer and computer software
  • An ability and willingness to be flexible to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently with you technicians.
