• Licensed P&C agents, or willing to obtain a P&C license personel
• Fluent in spanish is a +
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependability a must
• Prior sales experience preffered

Pay scale:

• Starting no less than 40%
• Up-too 60% commision
• Salary available for Manager positions

• Dont settle for 20%-25% nor 30%
