We are seeking a Casualty Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years related experience to supervise unit of 4 to 5 adjusters in non-standard auto claims. Paperless claims handling system. Desired individual should possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of California law as it pertains to claims handling.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Casualty Supervisor. This individual will report to a Casualty Manager. The position requires prior supervisory experience handling 1st and 3rd party property damage and bodily injury claims. Knowledgeable, logical and competent in coverage determinations and California legal matters as they pertain to automobile accidents.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Must have good verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Must be able to type 30wpm and multi-task. Must have prior experience in supervising the handling of property damage and bodily injury claims. Must be proficient in compliance with the state of California Fair Claim Settlement Practices and California law as it pertains to claims handling.

REQUIRED:
3 Years prior supervisory experience in automobile claims.

A PLUS FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required.
