We are seeking an Automobile Physical Damage Field Appraiser with a minimum of 3 years experience to become a member of our Staff Appraisal Team. Mitchell system is utilized. Daily uploads required. Company car, laptop computer, digital camera and cell phone provided. Must have current California drivers license, and good driving record.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Auto Damage Appraiser. This individual will report to the Director of Claims and/or Property Damage Manager. Job includes field appraisals of insured and 3rd party claimant vehicles, writing estimates utilizing the Mitchell system, uploading estimates to our computer system, writing detailed claim notes, reinspecting when necessary. Territory would be from Beverly Hills to Los Angeles.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Must be proficient at auto damage estimating with the Mitchell system. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have valid California drivers license and good driving record.

REQUIRED:

• Valid CA Driver’s license
• Prior experience

A PLUS FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required.
