“Heavy duty diesel technicians” We are a unique strong growing company that is involved in almost all facets of the trucking business starting from Leasing & Rentals, Dedicated, Trucking, Contract maintenance and Truck sales with locations all over California, Arizona, Nevada with continued slow growth.

We are looking for honest hard working people that want to grow and learn to be one of the best heavy duty diesel Technician, Supervisor wanting to lead a team in this maintenance business.

Some Responsibilities:
• Performing Preventative Maintenance on class 7 & 8 medium-heavy duty tractors and trailers
• Conduct fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision
• Complete most diagnostic repairs and parts replacements
• Accurately complete written record of work performed
• Communicate with Drivers/customers regarding “Vehicle Condition Reports” and make appropriate repairs
• Maintain a clean work and shop area as directed “Safety”
. On-Call & Stand

Some Primary Duties:
• Preventative Maintenance at shop and at customers facilities
• Oil changes on many types of vehicles including TRU
• Air and hydraulic brakes trouble shooting and repairs
• Lift & Rail gate PM, troubleshooting and repairs
• Suspensions & steering trouble shooting and repairs
• Drive train, rear end, transmissions automatic, manual troubleshooting and clutch change
• General maintenance cab & chassis
• California 90 day BIT & USDOT inspections
• Air-conditioning troubleshooting and repair 608 & 609 a plus
Some Requirements Qualifications:
• Must have at least 5 years experience in vehicle maintenance & repair and or supervisor/managers exp.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must provide your own tools
• Must possess valid driver’s license preferably a commercial but not a requirement
• Must be able to pass background checks and compliance
o Criminal history check
o DMV check
o Physical & Drug Test
• Trade school, mechanical course, or equivalent highly a plus.
