PRODUCT MANAGER – USAP CARSON, CA
Job Summary
The USAP Product Manager (PM) will work closely with the Director of Product Management to Identify, Prioritize, Execute and Measure product optimization and marketing initiatives for USAP’s ecommerce sites. This position will play a vital role in executing the company’s ecommerce initiatives and provide an excellent growth opportunity. Specifically, the PM will be responsible for developing features, documenting requirements, use cases and UI/UX as well as defining and measuring impact. PM will also work directly with Director of Product Management to maintain ecommerce product road map.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify key features and products based on web analytics, customer feedback, industry trends, competitive analysis and stakeholder input
• Define and document requirements, user experience, use cases, process flows and success metrics for product initiatives
• Manage projects through the full product development life cycle (conception, definition, execution, launch)
• Collaborate with different disciplines inside USAP (development, marketing, analytics, PMO) to execute projects
• “Own” the product – delivering completed projects, measuring impact and maintaining prioritization and feature roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS Degree
• 2-3 years Product Management experience, preferably in a retail ecommerce site
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Delivering consumer-facing ecommerce applications from conception to launch
• Documenting business requirements, information architecture and user experience
• Web Analytics Measurement and Analysis (Omniture knowledge is a plus)
• Interface development and design
• Understanding of technology and ecommerce consumer trends
• Order fulfillment and customer service experience a plus
• Effective working and influencing across functions: Marketing, Product Management, Product Design/UEX, Development, Engineering, QA, Operations, Customer Service, Accounting and Finance
